Buxton have created this brooding, heavyweight stout, crammed with intense, deep-roast specialty malts. A recipe 8 months in the making with multiple edits before the brewers were happy to proceed, in the end they found it a delight to make.

Solid impy.

Says it’s 11.5% but mine was 10%…not sure why! Either way, this packed a punch! Smooth and treacly, definitely worth a punt.

Lovely stuff, big brooding imperial stout. Thick, pitch black and full of rick dark malts, this is a proper impy, no adjuncts, just very very good.
