Sharp bitterness from the start. Citrus peel. Pine needles. Passion fruit. Nutty. Clean finish.

Kellerbier is Buxton’s edition of the timeless German style of beer. The term literally translates as ‘cellar beer’, referring to its cool lagering temperatures. Its recipe likely dates to the Middle Ages, and Buxton’s version was aptly brewed to celebrate the opening of their Taphouse Cellar Bar.
