Quite nice and refreshing. Didn’t pick up anything from the barrel-ageing though.

This Saison belies its 3.5% ABV by packing depth and flavour. Sour and with notes of cooriander and peppercorn, it’s the ideal beer in the current heatwave. Viva Belgium!

This was everything I wanted and expected from a Burning Sky Saison. Funky, fresh and very very refreshing. Nice and light as well so could be drinking these all day long.

Unsure about this one, a little too sour for my liking, although could go well with rich food and very chilled.

Just add orange juice! That’s what I did to take the sour and sharp edge off this bottle’s contents. For me it was a waste of orange juice when all was said and done. I cannot believe that 1 month after its best before date it had gone this far downhill.

Good saison with a modern, hoppy twist. Smells like unriped fruits, some funk, and little bitterness in the end.

Full of flavour, more than you expect for a 3.5%, easy to drink.
This mixed fermentation saison is a light and easy drinking small beer. Unfiltered and unpasteurised, the brew is aged in white wine barrels and dry hopped for a refreshing finish before packaging.
