Burning Sky x 3 Floyds - Out of the Void BA Barley Wine 11%

Burning Sky’s second Rainbow Project collaboration with Indiana beer legends Three Floyds comes in the form of a barrel aged barley wine. Fermented with a Burning Sky house ale yeast and a Brettanomyces strain ‘Out from the Void’ was then aged sauternes wine barrels with vanilla pods and cacao nibs to give a decadent chocolate orange flavour.
