A sour fermented with wild yeast strains brettanomyces and Cher Ami, BrewDog’s house mixed culture, and re-fermented with mango, pineapple, guava and papaya, followed by ageing in ex-Borolo foeders. Hits of tropical fruit aromas and exotic juicy tartness are balanced with barrel acidity. An underlying Brett funk and bone dry attenuation complete this triumphant sour.
