Great fruit taste! Very sour beer, salty kick.

Cherries, Brettanomyces, tartness and tannins all jostle for attention in this incredibly balanced sour ale. Upfront notes of rich, juicy and boozy cherries are underpinned by notes of Kirsch and Brett funk. Wood influences the brew too, from foeder ageing in Italian barrels that used to house Sangiovese red wine.
