Really get the essence of Gin & the Botanicals, as you’d expect, but it makes for a very light and easily drinkable saison. A thing BBno always do well with saisons

Has the classic BBNo saison taste – more Belgian blonde than funky farmhouse. Nice balance with the gin botanicals

Pale pour, zero head. Nice horsey, farmyard, saison nose. Gin meets saison! An unusual taste in some ways? A bit estery. A really refreshing finish. A superb summer, swim-up bar drink in a warm climate ? Not here! ?? ?♂️?♀️????????

Nice and lovely botanical saison. Perfect for a hot summer day.

Not overly botanical, I think I was expecting more of a juniper hit. A good crisp saison regardless.

I find many saisons to be too heavy in fruitiness along with the yeast making them not as crisp and refreshing as they are made out to be. This one however strikes the right balance. It’s far lighter than most saisons i’ve tried with the yeast being very present in the flavour but not resulting in too full a body, while the botanical flavours from the gin adds complexity to the flavour without being overpowering. This is a crisp, refreshing and very drinkable saison that has given me a new appreciation for the style.
