This Sour Beer is lovingly brewed by the fantastic Brew by Numbers.
This tasty brew comes in a 440ml can and is 4.5% ABV.
The good people at Brew by Numbers say:
Our latest fruited gose was brewed with copious amounts of plum, apricot and sweet cherry as a true expression of complex fruit character. Plums and apricot provide electric acidity alongside a gentle richness from the sweet cherry. The addition of salt accentuates the bright fruit flavours and provides balance. The resulting beer is full-bodied with a pleasant tartness, bold fruit notes and a jam-like sweetness.

Not as good as the rose, but tasty
Phil –
Nice, sour but not overly so. Really good. Fruity but nothing distinct, but it’s a summer fruits kind of deal.
Maya –
Not my cup of tea. Too fruity and sweet for my liking.
Nicholas –
What a brew, tart and juicy, thick and luxurious. Pretty much a smoothie in beer form

Love this line of beers, this was my favourite of the lower alcohol ones I’ve had.

More of a fruit beer

Didn’t get any of the fruits coming through and not sour enough
Yana –
Very fruity, very sour, not an everyday drink, but worth trying.

4.5/5. A lovely garnet coloured sour with deliciously balanced fruit.

This is magic! Brew by Numbers rarely go wrong and this is a great example of one of their beers
Mark –
Very nice
Andrew –
Pretty standard Gose, more interesting out there for this price
James –
Fruity, only a little sweet, sour and salty. A nice little gose
Rob –
The salt is subtle which is a shame but the unique blend of fruits brings a nice sweet tartness
Andy –
Great fruit Gose with a more subtle sour tartness than some.
Julian –
It’s a nice enough gose, it’s got all the flavours of plum apricot and sweet cherry which take the edge off of it being really tart and sour. I like it slightly sharper. For me replace one of the fruits (possibly Apricot) with Blackcurrant or raspberry and it would seriously kick ass for me.
James –
Nice acidity and loads of fruit with a slightly salty finish – really nice
Liam –
One of my favourites

I was worried this was going to be too sweet, but really well-balanced fruited gose. Definitely a great one for summer.
