This Saison is lovingly brewed by the fantastic Brew by Numbers.
This tasty brew comes in a 330ml can and is 5.0% ABV.
The good people at Brew by Numbers say:
This gin-spired saison is our interpretation of the ‘Pink Lady’ cocktail. Home-made pomegranate grenadine lends a blush-pink colour and a refreshingly dry fruitiness while orange blossom water imparts a fragrant aroma of wild flowers. Balanced sweet and sour notes sit on top of a refined saison base, creating a beer that is complex and thirst-quenching.

The tarte apple gives this beer a flavour similar to a snakebite

I ‘d say more Granny Smith than Pink lady. Lovely tart sour

Gin inspired Saison, interpretation of a Pink Lady cocktail. Lovely and refreshing. Fruity and floral aroma and flavour. Has Belgiany yeasty and sour notes.

Another winner from BBN, this one with unique flavours and aromas. You can’t go wrong with this brewery.
Rune –
It doesn’t taste bad, but the GT inspired taste was not my preference

Amazing

The pink lady, what a woman, smells of summer fruits and taste like an alcoholic smoothie, with a dry finish, thoroughly enjoyed it, summer time and festival beer.
John –
Alright.
Richard –
Interesting taste and I enjoyed it but I don;t think I’d order anymore.
DARREN –
found this sour but not much flavour looks nice and smells nice, but a bit lacking and dry
Joanne –
Very nice light and crisp
Sean –
Definitely fruity and floral, I’ve never heard of the taste “Belgiany”, but this is it, it’s a distinct wild yeast.

I really couldn’t get behind this. It tasted like a cocktail. Not my cup of tea at all.
Kathryn –
Probably the worst thing I’ve ever drunk
John –
Very smooth, lovely balance of sweet and sour and not too floral. Bbno on form once again
Sarah –
It’s ok.
Aidan –
I think it’s not a style for me – it’s thirst quenching but I just don’t like the way it tastes.

Certainly getting the sour notes. Sharp and cut through palette nicely after mowing the garden, but I couldnt drink two many of these. One is plenty. Worth a try though if you are looking for something different and doesn’t have the metallic tang that a lot of the very citrus IPAs seem to have.
Jon –
Interesting little saison.

It’s like a blood orange melted in my mouth. Sweet and sour, tastes almost like a canned cocktail. Very clever!
Thomas –
I thought this was going to be strange and it was. Not unpleasant and certainly an interesting novelty but one can was quite enough.
Simon –
Very sour and tart tasting
Daniel –
More like a cloudy sour cider, not unpleasant but a bit too much going on to properly enjoy.

Matthew –
Very odd. Very sour also. Described as a thirst quencher but even after one sip found myself struggling to drink it. Think there is too much going on and the beer is lost through all the other flavours which bombard the pallet.
Robin –
James –
Pleasant and refreshing, couldn’t really make out the gin though
Kat –
Very fruity, a hit of flavours, fresh and fruity with a bitter juniper after taste.

Just like a gin based cocktail this is a dry beverage. Truly it is remniscent of the pink lady herself. Very fruity with a kick.
James –
Accidentally ordered 2 an no complaints from me
Matt –
Very tart!
Elisabeth –
Floral pink lightly tart saison
Jonathan –
Refreshing very drinkable beer but if you’re looking for a complex saison style beer look elsehwere.

The Saison style of this beer comes through, but I didn’t find it to be as complex and interesting as I’d hoped.
John –
Aromas of apples, strawberry and floral blossoms. Pours a muddled blush pink colour in the glass. This is something abit different and special. Its a harmony between the grenadine sweetness of pomegranite and sour berries, with an earthy saison apple base, making it the perfect marriage between a saison and a sour. A very complex and interesting beer that makes me want to see what else this brewery has to offer.
Diana –
Lovely jubbly!

A blinder. Tasty little thing
