Aromas of lychee and gooseberry. Pours a bold orange in the glass. Was not expecting this to pack the strong flavours that it does. It starts on a strong gooseberry flavour and a powerful, silky sweet caramel, that coats your mouth. In the background there's notes of fruity lemon and sweet lychee, as well as a subtle citrus bitterness. It ends clean with bitter lemon rind, smooth caramel and malt. They've really pulled the flavours out of those Nelson Sauvin hops for this one and it gives the IPA a unique profile.
