  • Weird Beard – Something Something Darkside 9.2%

A beer that transcends styles, with mega hoppiness from Pacific Gem and Citra kettle hops as well as dry-hopped with the same plus Simcoe and Columbus. Bitter but also roasty from dark malts, it’s true to a stout style. The bold dark flavours are softened with molasses and honey.

Omnipollo – Mazarin Pale Ale 5.6%

"Mazarin is my take on a “thinker’s beer”. Rather than being big and undecipherably complex I wanted to create something that would calm a hop yearning nerve without fuddling the brain too much. In other words, a lavishly hopped ale of judicious ABV — an Extra Special Pale Ale if you will. In fact, so extra special that it snatched a gold medal at the Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival in 2013. In November 2014 we doubled the hop bill." - Henok Fentie (Founder)

Yeastie Boys – Pot Kettle Black – Porter 6%

Their flagship beer, and biggest seller, is one of the most celebrated beers to come out of New Zealand. Pot Kettle Black is still the only beer to have ever won two trophies in a single year at BrewNZ, and in 2012 was awarded the Champion Beer of Asia (potentially the biggest award a NZ beer has picked up in 30 years). PKB, as it has become affectionately known, is a juxtaposition of beer: fresh and hoppy, yet as black as night and malty rich. The black beer that has converted many a person who was formerly scared of black beer. Also called a “real foodie beer” by pretty much every chef! And now it's in a can! Ohh my.

  • Siren – Turkish Imperial Stout 10%

An absolute blow out of flavour, this 10% ABV imperial stout is loosely inspired by Turkish coffee and the traditionally accompanying sweet treat Turkish delight. A very intense beer that has 37kg of coffee infused into it in a variety of ways. Coffee was added at three points in the process, first 8 kg in the whirlpool, second 30 kg was added to the fermented beer, like we would dry hops, and finally 7 more kilograms once the beer was chilled to 0°C, to bump the coffee notes just a bit more! On top of all that there's vanilla, orange zest and nutmeg. Oh, there were also 420 kg of figs added to the fermented beer.

  • Siren – Ca pH eine Sour 6.2%

CapHeine is a kettle sour beer with a biscuit, bready malt notes that utilises hibiscus and raspberries along with a Kenyan coffee to create a cacophony of flavour. The Kenyan coffee is floral and fruity with lots of redcurrant, cranberry, plum, red fruit notes and some light hibiscus florals. Expect coffee on the nose and a hint in the flavour. 17 kg of coffee was used and added only post fermentation, using the hot brewed method. Mosaic, Palisade and Bravo hops were used in both kettle and a small dry hop addition. Hibiscus was added in the boil and some 120 kg of Raspberries were added to the fermenter.
