Kriek Boon is a traditional Belgian Lambic fruit-beer. It is brewed according to the traditional Lambic style of spontaneous fermentation. Only fresh cherries are used. Kriek Boon is slightly sweet, with the surprising natural fragrance of sour cherries and almonds.

Quite a common, yet great, Kriek Lambic. Has sweet/cherry fruits as its main tastes, light soured tart.

A strong aroma of red wine and cherries. Pours a dark ruby colour in the glass. Starts on a sour soy & balsamic taste with plenty of intense fruity cherry in there as well. The finish is like a dry and rich fruity red wine. Overall it was like drinking a high quality cherry flavour red wine, which was very pleasant.
