A strange taste, that was unfortunately lacking something – it was almost like the alcohol had been boiled off and topped up with water, it felt empty, rather than rich like you'd normally expect from a porter

Bit overpowering on the hazelnut and almost a sourness. Has a good amount of flavour but maybe needs more on the finish

Not one for flavoured beers normally but this is very good, very malty, nice to have a low or no alcohol that doesnt rely on lots of hops

Lovely flavour of sweet hazelnuts, but watery and no depth of favour overall – aftertaste like other low alcohol beers.

big disappointment more like, there ain’t no hazelnut in every swallow, though it smells like there should be, slightly washed out burned coffee with a bit if nut, 0.5% alcohol may need to switch up again!

Of all the brews that I have tasted this has been the only one to spit out. It has a very strong flavour, which I did not like. I will not order this one again myself.

Tastes like a watery version of their milk stout. Doesn’t have any hazelnut flavour.

I had to remind myself this is supposed to taste Hazelnut-y. It’s tasty sure but it doesn’t have the depth I was hoping for.

Really disappointing, like a severely watered down, smokey version of Guinness. Where’s the hazelnut kick?

Acceptable for very low alcohol, but basically tastes like watered down porter. Decent between real porters to pace yourself, but not really an alternative if you’re looking to quit/cut down

First Big Drop I had real hopes for, based on the name. Kiiiiinda delivers. Lightly nutty flavour, lightly creamy feel. Might buy again.

Not bad for a low alcohol ale. The hazelnut tastes much like hazelnut coffee syrup, and is way too sweet. As a porter, it was a tad "thin" too, with very little head on pouring. Otherwise it could be a "go to ale" for someone watching their alcohol intake.
