Excellent, exactly like an apple pie, but no cinnamon.

Looks and smells nice and has a nice flavour – initially. But there is a weird, unpleasant aftertaste. Strange.

A sweet aroma of pastry and spice. Pours a cloudy apple juice colour in the glass. The main flavour in this sour is smooth, sugary vanilla pastry, that is both sweet and morish. On the finish you do get some light and sharp apple notes, but there's not alot of sourness in there and I don't know if I'm getting apple pie from the whole thing together. Not the best Basqueland sour I've ever had and not at their usual high standard unfortunately.

Very moorish and easy to drink. Lovely aroma. Initially sweet tasting and then the tartness of the apple comes through. I’m not a fan of apple pie, but I am of this.
