Never tried or even heard of feijoas before so tried it out of curiosity but glad I did, it’s a superb fruity sour!!

As far as I’m concerned, this is one of the best sours in the world. Beautiful feijoa, a beautiful tartness, perfect.

A lovely wild ale brewed with feijoas and aged in wine barrels. This beer starts it’s life off as a pretty simple pale beer. They then ferment the beer and age it in barrels, finally adding a whopping 800kg of feijoas.
