Look – murky dark brown, big light-beige frothy head of which a half-finger worth stays the course. Looks good.
Aroma – sweet lightly roasted malts, stone fruits. Not getting much complexity.
Taste – sweet malts, light roast, stone fruity hop with a touch of resin, moderate bitterness. Fairly tasty if a bit light and not too complex.
Palate – medium bodied and a frothy carbonation mouthfeel.
Not one of the best Black IPAs.
