Like any traditional geuze, Drie Fonteinen’s Oude Geuze is tart, earthy, and incredibly complex, but also spritzy as champagne and greatly refreshing. Oude Geuze is a blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambics, unfiltered and unpasteurised and aged in bottle for at last a year after blending.
