An Oude Kriek from one of the finest producers in Belgium. This classic Kriek is packed with mountains of sour cherries, lemon zest notes and all the funk you’d expect from a premium lambic. It is produced by the ripening of cherries – both the flesh and the seeds – in young lambic, a process that takes between 6 to 8 months. After bottling, the beer matures for at least 4 months in a warm room enabling spontaneous fermentation to happen.
