What is an HonestBrew Subscription?

The HonestBrew Subscription is a beer subscription service that delivers craft beers to your door, we call our plans Honesty Boxes. You can choose which plan you’d like, how many beers you’d like to receive, and how often you’d like to receive them. You can pause or cancel at any time.

Can I choose my own beers?

If you’d rather take control of the beers you’re receiving, we’d recommend you try out the HonestBrew Membership. You can pick and choose whatever beers you like, as well as when and how often you’d like to order.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit or debit card payments. We’ll ping you an email a couple of days before your next payment is due to arrive so you can update your payment information if you need to.

Why is my subscription on hold?

Your subscription may be on hold due to a failed or pending payment. To resolve this, just head to your account and follow the instructions to get your subscription back up and running. If you encounter any problems, just hit up our customer support team and they’ll be happy to help you!

Is there a delivery charge?

Nope! All of our Honesty Box plans receive free shipping if you’re in the UK.

What if I have a dietary requirement?

If you have a dietary requirement such as gluten free, or vegan, we’d recommend you check out the HonestBrew Membership. You can filter our shop using the filters for ‘Gluten Free’ or ‘Vegan’.
