FAQs: The HonestBrew Membership

What is the HonestBrew Membership?

The HonestBrew Membership is a programme that gives members access to a set of exclusive benefits and products. Each month, you deposit a minimum of £10 into your HonestBrew account. This converts to HonestBrew beer credit, and gives you access to discounts across all of our beers, the chance to win your shop for free and earn bonuses for bigger shops.

Members receive an Express Shipping service at the Standard Shipping rate (£4.99 on orders under £40 and free on orders over £40) on applicable products. Orders must be placed before 2pm on a weekday to be despatched on the same day.

Spending beer credits:

Beer Credits may be spent on any product sold by HonestBrew except Subscriptions, Gift Subscriptions, and Beer Credits as a Gift.

Cancelling your membership:

You can cancel your HonestBrew Membership at any time by pinging an email to [email protected] or by hitting us up on live chat. Stopping your membership means you are no longer entitled to any of the benefits. Your Beer Credits remain on your account unless you request to withdraw them by email.

You may request to withdraw your Beer Credits at any time, less any gift, promotional or bonus credits.

Can I adjust my payment or take a break?

The minimum contribution to the Membership is £10 but we can increase it in multiples of 5 to what whatever value you’d like. Payments can be paused or be adjusted to bi-monthly etc. Just drop an email to [email protected] or call 020 3750 2366
