Tasting the beers that you should be drinking. Discover. Order. Enjoy.

The arrival of Dugges in the online bottleshop has brought a distinctly Scandinavian flavour to the shelves. Many UK beer lovers will recognise the Swedish brewery from to their recent collaborations with breweries such as Cloudwater and Wiper And True – now comes the opportunity to the sample the brewery’s own unique offerings.

Balancing solid representations of classical styles with beers that depart from the norm – their Jasmine Dragon Berliner Weisse providing a prime and extremely complex example – the brewery are quickly becoming a permanent feature on many beer lovers’ wish lists.

Alongside those aforementioned pales and sours, Dugges have a added a twist to the classic IPA. The result? The highly refreshing Orange Haze. Robust yet still wonderfully balanced with bags of bright and citrusy hop character, Dugges have somehow managed to brew an orange-flavoured beer without touching a single fruit. A hop trio of Columbus, Cascade and Citra provide all aroma and flavour required to give the recognisable style a distinct and juicy edge that makes for perfect sunshine drinking.

Some really interesting and unique beers being produced by Dugges right now. Can they join the likes of Omnipollo & Mikkeller when it comes to upper echelon Scandi breweries? Please get involved and leave us some of your own tasting notes in the comment section. And make sure to stick a bottle of Orange Haze on your next order, it makes for perfect spring and summer drinking.
