About Cloudwater Brewery
At the heart of Cloudwater’s new venture is a deep love for the changing seasons, each bringing with it an invitation to enjoy the scarcity and abundance our natural environment offers. Showcasing the ebb and flow by using seasonal ingredients at their very best, and taking inspiration from the change of lifestyle each season creates. Along the way there’ll be both old recipes and new experiments, as they use the best of both traditional and cutting edge techniques to create modern seasonal beer. The UK brewing scene, and the international brewing scene beyond is vibrant and rich. Cloudwater is working hard to make the best contribution to modern beer.
Cloudwater brewed this dark Brown Ale to celebrate the earlier nights, colder starts and festive cheer of winter-time. Very lightly hopped with the tropical Ekuanot and fermented with Lallemand’s New England yeast, this Brown Ale is an easy drinking celebration of malt forward beer.
This is the second iteration of Cloudwater’s new Small Beer series, brewed to be refreshing and low in strength, yet full bodied and boldly flavoured. Australian hop Vic Secret takes the lead, bringing flavours and aromas of pineapple, pine and passionfruit.
One of several collabs between Lervig and Cloudwater, who suggested this joint pilsner. Light and easy, they took the fruity, citrus character of Mandarina Bavaria and the peachy passion fruit notes of Grüngeist, and turned it UP with floral, lemony Perle hops. Then, for good measure, did it twice again in the dry hopping. Proof that pilsner can be punchy.
This beer tastes too good for words. Just joking. Description coming soon.
